QuestionCan the top and bottom be separated and reattached to enter restrictive doorways? There is a gas meter and a turn after my door and I am worried that I will not be able to get it in.

QuestionWhat does this mean that there is no power cord included? What kind of electric appliance doesn't come with a power cord? Will I need to have an electrician come in and install one? Can the BB installers do it?

- Answer Hi there, we appreciate you reaching out to us about this washer and dryer combination. We don't generally include power cords with these units, as we have no way of knowing whether a 3 or 4 prong cord is needed. We recommend ordering a cord just in case the installers do not have one. You will be able to return the cord should you not have need of it. Ordering information as well as part numbers can be located on page 8 of the installation guide. QuestionHi - Can you tell me on the 27” Gas Dryer, what is the clearance needed for side venting? There doesn’t seem to be a knock out like there is for the 24” model and the installation instructions are not clear about the space needed. Thanks

ALCOVE OR CLOSET INSTALLATION: Minimum clearances between dryer cabinet and adjacent walls or other surfaces are: 0" both sides and rear, 1" front and top. MINIMUM CLEARANCES OTHER THAN ALCOVE OR CLOSET INSTALLATION: Minimum clearances to combustible surfaces: 0" both sides and rear, 1" front and top. We hope this helps! Mike@GEA

This model has PreciseFill Technology, which auto-senses the size of the load to add just the right amount of water for maximum cleaning performance. The water level cannot be manually adjusted.
