Hello- Congratulations on your new beautiful cooktop! We appreciate your question and are happy to help! You shouldn't have to purchase a new circuit breaker. You must use a two-wire, three conductor 208/240 VAC, 60 Hertz electrical system. A white (neutral) wire is not needed for this unit. The cooktop must be installed in a circuit that does not exceed 125 VAC nominal to ground. Please refer to the installation instructions and consult and electrician. https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=31-11072-4.PDF We hope this helps!
