  • QuestionIs this gas counter top, set up for propane gas?

    • Answer Hi jimels- The cooktop, is shipped from the factory set for use with natural gas. If you wish to use your cooktop with Propane (LP) gas, you must first replace the orifices and convert the pressure regulator. The LP Conversion Kit and instructions are included with the cooktop. See page 13 of the Installation Instructions for details: http://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=31-10861-2.pdf - This conversion kit shall be installed by a qualified service agency in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and all applicable codes and requirements of the authority having jurisdiction.     • Answer Hi SHRADHA - We offer the following 36" Gas Cooktops in black: PGP7036DLBB, JGP5536DLBB, JGP5036DLBB and JGP3036DLBB. These models can be installed with Universal 36" Telescopic Downdraft System UVB36DKBB. We currently do not offer a 36" model with built-in downdraft.
