Q: QuestionIs the duck cover rectangular? what is the 2 dimensions for that? Is it compatible in dimension to replace my old model PV976n1ss?

Q: QuestionWhat is the actual height of this hood installed? It says 24 inches everywhere, but the installation manual says has 25 and 3/4 inches for the included cover PLUS 2 and 3/4 inches for the part with the controls. I hope this hood is 24" height in total.

• A:Answer Hi- Thank you for reaching out to us. Please accept our apologies for any confusion we may have inadvertently caused you. The 24" height dimension is in fact the minimum installation height of this hood above a range or cooktop surface. The dimensions of the lower duct cover is 25 3/4" and the height of the hood controls is 2 3/4". The installation instructions are correct and outline any additional dimensions you may need depending on your ceiling height. We hope this clarifies the dimensions for you. Q: QuestionHow loud (dBA or sones) is it when running at a full speed? Can I install it on 9ft wall?

• A:Answer In specifications, it says 4 sones at full fan speed. And 1 sone at lowest speed.
