“Washer stuck on rinse cycle. You have to turn it to cycle to spin. How do I fix it?”

Hi CaliBoi909 - We are sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your washer and suggest to reset the electronics by unplugging the washer, wait 2 minutes, plug back in and press Start.
