- Answer You have to put the detergent in first, then put in your clothes. There is no specific place to put detergent in. Bleach has a specific place as well as the softener. This washer is a little noisier than we were used to.

QuestionCan I fill the tube before I add my clothes?

- Answer Yes, the washer will let you fill the tub without adding clothes. You can select a water level on the dial depending on how much you want. The washer only locks the lid when the tub is spinning to drain, so you have access to the interior during the rest of the cycles.

- Answer I don't think so. Because it is a top loader you have to be able to open the top. It is full size so if you tried to put a dryer on top it would be too high to reach. If you tried to put the washer on top again it would be too high to reach and use.

- Answer It appears that it has a very good bearing and instead of adding a brake they allow it to slow to a stop at its own pace.

QuestionI have owned this washer for less than year and now my deep rinse doesn't seem to be working. It used to fill up enough to rinse the clothes while using fabric softener, but now I open the lid and there is barely no water in the basket. Any Suggestions?

QuestionI recently buy this set which is electric... however the dryer plug as the same as the washer plug... am concerned cause most dryer use 220v and up... is it normal for the dryer to have a 110v cord?

QuestionCan this washer be prefilled so that fabric can be dyed? I would fill, add the dye, and then the fabric.

- Answer Hello, Good question! We're thankful for your interest and we'd be happy to help. With a Single Action agitator water is circulated in the tub through the action of the agitator. A Dual Action agitator provides better circulation and turnover of clothes than the flexcare agitator. QuestionHow do I get this washer machine to soak overnight?? Or any period of time really. Every cycle skips soaking even tho the soaking light is green when I set it up before adding the clothes

- Answer Hello there! Thanks for your question. We're sorry that your clothes aren't soaking long enough. We see how this can be frustrating. You can let your clothes soak overnight by pressing pause on the unit after it has filled. The machine will automatically cancel and drain when water is present and the lid is left open for 15 minutes or the unit is left in a paused state for 24 hours with the lid closed. Select cycle and press Start to begin new cycle. We hope this helps! Emily@GEA
