- Answer Any time the Deep Fill feature is turned on, the Deep Fill LED light is illuminated, regardless if it was a one-time press to add 3 gallons or if it was held for 3 seconds for a full deep fill. The LED light stays on even after the selected fill is complete to show that the feature was selected.

- Answer Yes, this washer does come with the power cord and drain hose. The water inlet hoses are not included and we do not recommend using the hoses from your previous machine if over 5 years of age or show any sign of wear.

- Answer You can use standard detergent in your model. Liquid or powder HE (High Efficiency) detergents deliver superior cleaning performance while saving water and energy. HE detergents are low-sudsing and specially formulated for high efficiency washers to provide excellent whitening, stain removal and clothes care. They are recommended for use in all of our washers. You can use non-HE detergent, but it’s not formulated for HE washers, and may reduce the performance of your unit. If you’re using a non-HE detergent or any other type of detergent, including all-natural products, make sure that it is made of non-flammable ingredients. - Answer When you press Deep Fill once, 3 gallons of water are added. If you press and hold Deep Fill for 3 seconds, that will fill the washer to the maximum water level. If you press and hold Deep Fill, then the amount of water it and the Max water level option adds is the same.

QuestionHow do I start just a rinse and spin after the original cycle is done? I've tried drain & spin with extra rinse and deep rinse selected but it just spins and doesn't do a rinse first.

- Answer In order to achieve a rinse and spin, you will want to select Drain & Spin like you've mentioned, but make sure that "Deep Rinse" is selected on the option knob. This will rinse the clothing briefly, the proceed to spin. If you are having issues with the controls, we recommend trying out an electronic reset, by unplugging the power cord for 2-3 minutes, then plugging it back in. If additional assistance is required, we recommend contacting our Bodewell service team by calling 1-833-426-3393.

- Answer This washer has a Deep Fill feature. You would select the Deep Fill feature for loads where extra water is needed. The Deep Fill feature is recommended for special case loads only, not for typical use. Press the Deep Fill button once before starting the cycle to add an incremental amount of water to the wash load. Holding the Deep Fill button for 3 seconds will provide the deepest fill level possible; this will increase cycle time due to the additional time it takes to fill the washer. To cancel the option if desired, press the Deep Fill button again. *Note: The Deep Fill button can also be pressed after the washer has completed filling and is in the wash phase if additional water is desired. To stop the extra fill, press the Deep Fill button again and the water will stop.
