A:Answer In order to achieve a rinse and spin, you will want to select Drain & Spin like you've mentioned, but make sure that "Deep Rinse" is selected on the option knob. This will rinse the clothing briefly, the proceed to spin. If you are having issues with the controls, we recommend trying out an electronic reset, by unplugging the power cord for 2-3 minutes, then plugging it back in.
