“Why doesn't this washer have a spin cycle after it is through with the wash cycle to spin out the dirty water and most of the soap? All my washer does is drain the water then immediately starts filling for the rinse cycle. The rinse water is very soapy.”

Try deep rinse. It doesnt spin but it fill with more water instead of a spray.

It says, default rinse is a continuous spray rinse, or shallow fill rinse. The optional deep rinse will fill to a similar level of water as the wash portion of the cycle. It also has extra rinse
