“When using the 'towels' option I always need to pause the cycle and reset the towels. I put them in the tub evenly, but after it washes and starts spinning to drain, the towels have been moved around. The tub is way off balance. How can I adjust it?”

I have the same problem. After washing the load the spin cycle becomes off balance and machine begins banging then shuts off. I keep resetting the laundry and it has gotten any better. What do I do?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When Loading your Towels, make sure the largest bath towels are placed in the tub first, then place the smaller ones on the top of the large towels. I always use at least a med fill wash instead of the auto fill. If possible, place a level across the machine lid and the top of the machine to make sure your machine is level. I hope this helps .
