Hey there! Thank you for reaching out and connecting with us. The drawer can be used for heat-safe cookware and pans. Do not place dish towels, papers, cookbooks, owner's manuals, contact paper, shelf liner, plastics, etc. in the storage drawer because the drawer can get warm or even hot while cooking in or self-cleaning the oven.
