Q: QuestionWhen you press and hold the remote start touch button on the washer, it says "AP". I think it supposed to display "APP" which means application. I just wanna confirm if any of you guys also see just "AP".

• A:Answer Thank you for the curiosity in this excellent washer. The proper combination when stacking laundry units is with the dryer on top and this model can be used in a stacking formation. Q: QuestionWill I be able to fit this washer (and matching dryer) inside an opening that is 56" wide?

• A:Answer Hello and thank you for the interest in this new washer. This model, installed with the matching electric dryer GFD55ESSNWW, would be a total of 56" as both are 28" wide. There is not a required clearance for the sides of the units so the fit may be tight, but as long as you have at least 56", the units will fit. Let us know if you have any more questions. - John@GEA

Q: QuestionI have a GFW550SSNWW and 2 times has come on by itself displaying canceled. I push the off button and it still continues. After about 3 minutes it stops on its own. Why is this happening.? I have only had for about a month.
