A:AnswerWe didn't have any problem as far as buying this product @ Bestbuy, we were lucky that they have it in stock the day we bought it, the first store we went, it will take few days before they have the product delivered to their store, we were done within 20 mins, was scheduled to have it in 3 days, but was delivered a day early than the scheduled delivery date. Didn't encounter any problem dealing with Best Buy At all.

Use it for heavily soiled clothes or for clothes with a care label that recommends prewashing before washing.
