Q: QuestionHello, I bout this last May and the four burners are not heating up, its causing food not to cook or take too long to be ready. What could be the problem? I did not buy a warranty, can I reach out to the manufacturer?

• A:Answer You should and look up the manufacture warranty. Also in Michigan i have DTE as my electric and gas provider and i have the appliance service plan and they really do send out licenced appliance repair people to fix items. I pay $35/mo for the plan.
