The griddle measures 19.5” long from front to back. It is 9”wide. It is made from aluminum with what appears to be a flat nonstick Teflon cook surface. The underside is unfinished. There is no corrugated surface capable of leaving grill marks on the food. That being said, the component has an area at each end to collect grease and oil.

We found that it does not have one side for grill marks.
