• Thanks for reaching out about one of our favorite ranges! Funny you should ask, yes. There are two compatible accessories to use in place of the center griddle. The reversible cast iron, grill/griddle part JXGRILL1 or the center grate, part number JXGRATE1. Enjoy and keep in touch. - John@GEAppliances
