A:AnswerHey there! You'll pull the door down and then the rack inside slides out. You can view a drawing of how this looks on page 13 of the user manual here: https://files.bbystatic.com/7Axhea4%2FSmvnee7Qaj8maA%3D%3D/Use%2Band%2BCare%2BManual%2BJGBS66REKSS.pdf. We hope this helps! Thanks for considering GE Appliances for your home. -Gina@GEA
A:AnswerIt does not have a cut out but you should be able to slide it under the range. I have a very similar setup with my gas line and I was able to run a flexible line off the stub to the range and then push the range all the way back to the wall flush without any issues. Hope it helps.
A:AnswerOh no, we are so sorry to hear that despite your range's burners working, the oven is not. Your frustration with this is understood and something we would love to look into further as this is not the experience we strive so hard for. In this case, if you haven’t done so already, we recommend you schedule service with us by calling 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737) Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. ET or Saturday – Sunday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET or by visiting the "Schedule Service" link under the "Owner Support" tab on our website. We hope this helps. -Chris@GEA

A:AnswerHi there, we appreciate you finding the time to reach out to us. The oven can't be lit when the power is out, but the cooktop can. On gas ranges and cooktops, you can light the burners with a match. Hold a lighted match to the burner, then turn the knob to the "LO" position. Use extreme caution when lighting burners this way. We're hoping these details are found useful and we're wishing you the absolute best. - Guy@GEA
