  • QuestionIs this oven USA MADE

    Asked by Vsquared.

    • Answer Hi Vsquared - Thanks for viewing GE! Model JGB660EPES is manufactured globally and not in the USA. GE Appliances products are designed by GE Appliances engineers in the United States. Many are manufactured in the U.S. and others are made globally to our specifications. The country of origin is shown on the Model/Serial rating plate as well as the packaging. Manufacturing facilities (plant sites, where appliances are made) can and do change from time to time because GE Appliances continues to seek the most efficient manufacturing processes available. We make products all over the world for a Global marketplace. Therefore, your best source for manufacturing location is the packaging/product itself. • QuestionOur GE Gas Range appears to have a plastic film on the display area but we can't seem to remove - does it actually have a plastic film on the display as the display area seems to have a matte appearance? Thanks Andrew

    Asked by Andrew.

    • Answer Hey there. There will be plastic protecting the range, but it’s normally a blue color. It sounds like there isn’t any further film for you to remove, but we’re happy to take a look if you want to reach out with a photo via social media. We look forward to hearing from you. -Gina@GEA
