A:AnswerSame thing here bud. They had to remove the door, not the handle. Be wary, the door removal is apparently tricky. So hopefully you get a skilled installation team like I did. Good luck! It’s worth the trouble!
A:AnswerHi - Thanks for choosing GE! The clock brightness is not adjustable. The clock display may be “On” or “Off”. If you would like to turn off the clock, view page 12 of the Owner's Manual at the following link- Clock Display: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-2000316-1.pdf - Keep in touch! A:AnswerHi Karen123- Thanks for reaching out to us and for choosing GE! We are happy to address your concern. There is not a temperature associated with the Steam Clean. It gets hot enough to start to generate steam. There may be water remaining at the bottom of the oven when the Steam Cycle is complete, even up to 1/2 cup. This is normal and should be wiped up when you're wiping down the interior after the Steam Cycle. The Steam cycle helps hydrate food soils so that they are easier to wipe away. To remove any remaining stubborn, baked-on stains, apply a non-abrasive cleaner such as Bar Keepers Friend using a sponge or clean cloth. Play Video: https://youtu.be/8z_J-yT08G8?t=8 - For a heavily soiled oven, use the Self-Clean option ( the oven is heated to about 880 degrees Fahrenheit). Keep in touch. We are always eager to help! Sue
