“I just purchased this stove and it just got installed. i cannot get the broil to work? I followed the instructions.”

Hi moon- Thanks for your purchase! Set the Bake function to 350F. Burner should light in 30-90 seconds. Check broil burner using the same method as the bake burner (Broil Hi/Lo). If surface burners light but bake and broil burners do not, check the gas regulator and make sure it is in the ON position. They are all shipped with the regulator in the ON position but, if jarred or bumped during installation, it can spring back to the OFF position. Burners will still work with the valve off, but the oven will not.
