Convection Bake mode is intended for baking on multiple racks at the same time. This mode uses heat from the upper and lower elements, along with air movement from the convection fan to enhance cooking evenness on multiple racks. Traditional Bake uses heat from the upper and lower elements for single rack cooking. You might want to pair GE® 1.6 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave Oven JVM3160DFCC (Bisque). Two-speed, 300-CFM venting system removes smoke, steam and odors. We also offer GE® Non-Vented Standard Range Hood JN327HCC. Filter system cleans and returns air to the kitchen. Thanks for choosing GE! Enjoy - Sue
