• A:Answer The 2 rear ones are 6 inches. The 2 front burners have two sizes per burner. The left front is 6 inches and 9 inches. The right front is 8 1/2 and 11 inches.

Q: QuestionI shopped last night seeing this model and am very interested in it, however although it has an "Airfry" feature, the sales people told me I would have to purchase the airfry basket separately? Why doesn't one come with the unit?

Q: QuestionWe're replacing our gas range with this model. The gas line (which we'll cap) runs on the floor about 3 inches inches from the wall with the valve extending up about 4 inches. Is there space behind this range to accommodate the gas line?

Q: QuestionThe left front burner is a dual burner. When I turn the small burner on high. Is it normal for both the small and large coil to be on??

• A:Answer Hello- Thank you for your question. Yes, this model has the option to broil at hi or low heat. Thicker foods and foods that need to be cooked through, should be broiled on a rack position farther from the broiler or by using Broil Lo. The Broil Hi mode uses intense heat from the upper element to sear foods. Broil Hi is for thinner cuts of meat and or foods you prefer less done on the interior. We hope this helps! • A:Answer Hello there - Thanks so much for your interest in this beautiful range! There are some great cleaning tips for the cooktop on pages 21 and 22 of the owner's manual (linked on our website). One important note is that we recommend cleaning it with a ceramic cooktop cleaner before using the cooktop for the first time. This helps protect the top and makes cleanup easier. As for possible scratches, these marks are removable using the ceramic cooktop cleaner with a non-scratch cleaning pad for ceramic cooktops. We hope this helps! • A:Answer Hello, congrats on your new oven! The convection fan may automatically turn on and off. This is normal. The fan is designed to operate intermittently to maximize cooking evenness. The convection fan will operate during preheat of the bake cycle. The fan will turn off after the oven is heated to the set temperature. Q: QuestionWhy doesn't the dial show the gradations of heat until it reaches the temp. you want like most ovens? It only says PRE for preheat until it buzzes and the desired temp. is reached. Miss that feature! Why eliminate something so basic and helpful?

The self-clean oven is a smooth porcelain enamel-on-steel liner designed to withstand the high temperature from the self-clean cycle. During a self-clean cycle the oven temperature is raised to about 880 degrees F. At this point, food soils literally decompose into an essentially odorless, colorless vapor. We hope this is helpful! • A:Answer Hi there - Great question! Yes, this range's oven has a traditional bake cooking mode that doesn't use the convection fan. To use the convection bake cooking mode, press the Convection Bake pad, enter the temperature, and then press Start. To use the conventional bake mode, you'll press the Bake pad. We hope this helps. We found that the model you're viewing (JB655DKBB), does have a light. The switch is in between the knobs, and the display screen in the center of the range. This allows you to turn the oven light on/off whenever you'd like. This information can be found in the Use and Care manual of this model. Q: QuestionCan this oven be hardwired or must I buy/attach a plug AND install a wall plug? My current GE SPECTRA has been hardwired for 20 years without issue.

• A:Answer This oven requires a 4 foot (or Ionger) oven range cord. You must buy a brand new cord, as you should not use the current cord. I purchased oven and cord from Best Buy. Also paid for installation and haul away of old oven. The cord was installed while on the Best Buy delivery truck. You could install the cord yourself. Make sure the cord you buy matches the wall/floor plug. Some wall/floor are 3 or 4 prongs.
