“Is there a way to turn up the volume of the beep for the notification when the oven is preheated and the timer is finished? Unless I’m standing so close to the oven in my kitchen, I would never hear it. Also, is there a way to view the timer countdown?”

Hi - Thank you for choosing a new GE range for your home. According to the Owner's Manual, you have the ability to turn the Sound on or off. It does not offer the ability to increase the volume level of the sound. When using the Timer On/Off feature, the timer countdown should be displayed on the control panel as it's counting down. Since this is an Hour/Minute timer, you will not see the "seconds" counting down until you reach the final minute of the countdown sequence. We hope this helps! Vikki@GEA
