“Is there a feature to cool the oven? Is it optional or automatic? Do the fans come on when the oven it turned off? I cook some meals with the oven's ambient temp, so I don't want the oven to be cooled for me.”

There’s a keep warm bottom on the oven and it will keep all your meals (food) warm when your ready to eat.
