Q: QuestionWhat does installation involve?
Asked by Installation.
- A:Answer Ours was just delivered and installed. They disconnected the old range, checked the power connection, attached the proper power cord to the new range (included with the installation fee), connected the new range, and leveled it. Then they did a basic check of all the controls to make sure it worked. We chose the haul away option, so they took our old range with them when they left, along with all the boxes and packing material. Couldn't have been easier.

Q: QuestionHow big is the bottom drawer
Asked by Neil.
- A:Answer About 23" x 16". The "walls" of the drawer are only about 3" tall on the sides and back, but the space can accommodate a little more than twice that height if the pans are nested to prevent sliding.

Q: QuestionThis range doesn’t come with a power cord? If not, is there a link to order the correct power cord for this range?
Asked by Confused.
This question was asked about the related product: GE - 5.3 Cu. Ft. Freestanding Electric Convection Range with Steam Cleaning and EasyWash Tray - Stainless Steel
- A:Answer Different homes have different power sources. Older homes use 3 prong cords; newer ones usually use 4 prong. They also come in different lengths. So you need to order the cord that fits your installation. According to the manual, GE recommends a 4 foot cord unless your install location requires a longer cord.
