• A:Answer We no longer send broiler pans with our ranges. We do have pan WB48X10056 available on our parts website. Also, as we're trying to be better ambassadors of the environment, we no longer send printed copies of our manuals with our products. • A:Answer The left front burner is a large, Power Boil burner at 15,000 BTUs. The two right burners are 9500 BTUs a piece, while the left rear burner is 5000 BTUs, and the center burner is 8000 BTUs.

Q: QuestionHow I clean this stove stainless steel because I’m having a hard time cleaning it every time I clean it the stainless steel it like a dark cloudy mark and I have to clean it couple times so it will look shiny

• A:Answer The black porcelain cooktop can be cleaned using a mild solution of dish detergent and warm water. The stainless backsplash, storage drawer front and other stainless trim can be cleaned using a stainless steel polish or cream. Using any other type of cleaner could leave behind a residue that smears or streaks and is difficult to remove. For additional information, the Owner's Manual is available under the Features tab.
