This range has both convection cooking and standard bake.

What is at first mildly confusing is that there are 2 different convection settings, bake and roast. You use them in 2 different ways. It's a little intimidating at first but I found AI very helpful in walking me through which setting was best based on what you were trying to do (like the difference between the 2 convection settings and when to use them). But to answer your question: yes, if you never used another setting on the keypad, it can bake like a regular oven.
