  • QuestionI'm getting a 350 error on the display when using a specific burner on top of the stove. It will turn on and off, flash 350 and then the clock resets to 12:00. Anyone else encounter this issue, if so how did you fix it? It's 6 months old.

    Asked by pokedot21.

    • Answer Hi pokedot21, We're sorry to hear about this happening, this does not sound like normal operation. You could attempt to disconnect power from your unit, waiting for a few minutes, and then restoring power. If this does not help matters, we would recommend take a look at your warranty on page 26 of your Owner's Manual to take advantage of it. We hope that this helps and that this issue is taken care of for you soon. -MS

  • QuestionDoes the 220 outlet need to be on a particular side of the range? On the floor? Center? Thanks!

    Asked by Olivia.

    • Answer Lower left seemed to work just fine. Since it requires a cord either side would work okay (my guess).

  • QuestionIs the drawer large enough to hold some pots & pans? Have been reading that many stoves now have tiny drawers and I wouldn't know where to put pots in that case.

    Asked by Sunshine.

    • Answer Hi there, Based on our research, we are finding that the storage drawer at the bottom of the range is a great location to store cookware and bakeware. Since it is designed for storage you should be able to place pots and pans within the drawer with no issue. However, we do recommend that you not overload or shove these pots and pans into the drawer. This can cause difficulty in opening and closing the drawer. We hope that this helped! Thank you so much for your question. -Michael
