“Is a 7 quart pressure canner okay to use on this cooktop? Just wondering if it may be too heavy for this glass top.”

• I think the ceramic cooktops are usually tested up to 50 lbs before breaking. But in any case I have an old stainless steel (not aluminum) roaster from my gramma, that I have used on top for stews, and it weighs 8 pounds empty. but just like anything with glass/ceramic, you don't slam the items down.
