• A:Answer When using the Smart Dry mode, once the unit reaches the desired humidity level, it will shut down the fan. It appears to have a tolerance to allow the humidity level to increase a few percent before turning back on. I have had this unit for about 2 months now and have so far been very happy with it.

Q: QuestionDoes the bucket have to fill (or be full) for the pump to work?

• A:Answer I just got mine today. I see water flowing in the pump hose and I just checked, the bucket is empty. I'm so happy about that. My pump was enabled when I first turned it on. So, make sure that is enabled and also make sure the enclosed tubing is attached securely before you turn it on.

• A:Answer I believe it does but if you have a drain within 16 feet you would be better off using the internal pump and never worry about the bucket but yes I do believe reading that it will turn off if the bucket is full

Q: QuestionMy unit was purchased in May 2025. It continues to show a E6 error. I have unplugged it for over 30 minutes and plugged it back in will run for little while then will show up E6 error again. Have reset filter and doesn't help. Filter is clean.

Q: QuestionThe description says that it the unit with pump can pump water up to 16 feet away. This doesn't really make sense. Are they saying that the pump can push up to 16 feet vertically? or that the unit can only pump 16 feet horizontally?

In fact, they should be checked and cleaned at least every 250 hours of operation (or more if necessary) and a handy Filter Indicator light will glow to remind you to clean them.
