Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would not worry about cord length too much for short term use. Just get a beefier extension as short as gets the job done. Its just not good practice to put a 100ft 18 gauge for continual use. If you post how long you are thinking you need somebody can help chime in. They just have to say that as a manufacture because of meeting their UL testing and lawyers protecting them from litigation from dummys.
