A:AnswerHi-this is Sue from GE Appliances. We are excited to hear of your interest! Slate is a highly engineered, low-gloss matte metallic paint finish. It is not the same as black stainless steel. The slate finish will hold a magnet and resists fingerprints. To clean, wipe with a soft clean cloth using a mild household detergent then dry with a clean soft cloth. Thanks for checking with us!

A:AnswerHi SirCookAlot- We are excited to hear of your interest! The oven is equipped with 3 Heavy-Duty Oven Racks (not roller racks). Roller racks (also called full-extension racks) can be purchased for use in many ranges. They glide in and out on ball bearings and may be used in any rack position in the upper or lower oven. Roller racks are either nickel or enamel coated, heavy-duty construction and are tested for weights up to 30 lbs. Enamel coated racks are self-clean racks (WB48X20862) and are darker. Nickel racks are a light, shiny metal and can't be self-cleaned (WB48T10071). You can order online at the following link: http://www.geappliances.com/ge/parts/search/ - Or call our GE Appliances Parts Team for assistance at 1-877-959-8688, Mon–Fri 8am–8pm, Sat 8:30am–5pm ET. A:AnswerHi Penny, thanks for your question! Before using the glass cooktop for the first time, we recommend cleaning it with CeramaBryte Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner. This helps protect the top and makes cleanup easier. Daily use of this cleaner will also help keep the cooktop looking new. Other cleaning creams may not be as effective. You can also use a soft cloth and some mild dish soap with a small amount of water to help clean up any messes. We also have an article titled "ELECTRIC RANGES & COOKTOPS - GLASS COOKTOP CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS" on our website that you may also find useful! We hope that this helps. Stay safe. -Michael

A:AnswerHello! Thanks for your question. We found that this range does not have an induction cooktop. It does have a dual burner cooktop. A dual burner cooktop lets you choose between 12-inch and 9-inch electric elements for a more convenient cooking experience. We hope this helps! Emily@GEA
A:AnswerHi Madamchef - Thanks for viewing GE Model JB860SJSS! This range does not have a bridge element. Also, both ovens are self-cleaning. Keep in touch at GEAppliances.com. Sue
