Q: Questioncan a large turkey fit in both ovens?
Asked by ll7163.
- A:Answer Hello ll7163, Thank you for your interest in GE Appliances. l am happy to help. For any size oven, the food item should have a minimum of one inch air space on all sides: top, bottom, right, left and back wall. The (lower oven) will hold a turkey about 20 lbs. Note: The turkeys we test are normally in the 20-25lb range, and in those cases we use the lower oven of the double oven. We do not have any information on turkey sizes for the upper oven, nor do we recommend cooking whole turkeys/chickens/hams in the upper oven. I hope this is helpful. We appreciate you checking with us. Lisa from GE Appliances.

Q: QuestionCan any part of the "grid" be removed and replaced with one that can fit a rounded-bottom wok? If so, does it come with a grid that has a rounded hole? Or will it only allow flat-bottomed pans?
Asked by JeffW.
This question was asked about the related product: GE - Profile Series 6.7 Cu. Ft. Slide-In Double Oven Gas Convection Range - Stainless Steel
- A:Answer Hi JeffW! Thanks for your question. We found that you can use only a flat-bottomed wok with a diameter of 14 inches or less. Make sure the wok bottom sits flat on the grate. Do not use a wok support ring. Placing a ring over the burner or grate may cause the burner to work improperly, resulting in carbon monoxide levels above allowable standards. This could be hazardous to your health. We have grates on certain ranges that can be reversed to hold a wok, but not for this model. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to us at our contact page. Stay safe! Emily@GEA
