“I ordered this freezer 2 months ago and it was to be ready for pickup 2 weeks ago. I'm being told that if it's not ready for pickup by mid November that Best Buy will cancel my order for me. Why can it still be purchased if is is not actually available?”

I know they don’t stock it. I just received mine last week and it took awhile to receive from the manufacturer. I also received emails that it was in and delivery was scheduled twice but it wasn’t actually in. Was told by a store associate that online ordering for appliances is totally screwed up.

I first bought 1 then ordered another after .then I made a mistake ordering extra 2 all at once for my mum.It took them forever to deliver them. They delivered 1 after like 2 months and had me wait for the second. Just buy one first then order the second one when the first one arrives.
