“Power to dryer comes on but does not spin. Countdown is working though”

Hi Michelle - Thanks for reaching out to us and for choosing GE! We are sorry to hear the drum is not rotating. Make sure Delay Start is not selected. See page 7 of the Use and Care Manual: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-90585.PDF - Make sure dryer is not overloaded. A load of heavy, wet clothes, such as towels or blue jeans, may cause the drive belt to slip. Remove some of the clothing and try again. A technician may be required for an accurate diagnosis.
