Can you switch the handles to the right side? null

I had the same problem. I ordered my fridge with the hinges on the left to open from the right. But when it was delivered it was backwards. I switched the hinges, but the handles are now upside down with the hex nut hole showing on the top. I contacted the parts department to request new right side handles, but they didn't have a clue what I was talking about.

Yes, the handles were reversed by the delivery techs.
