The accessories are removable and can sink wash. The oven itself is metal (stainless I believe) and usually just wipes down. But a mild cleaning solution (water, or mild kitchen cleaner, etc.) should be fine. I don't beliee there are any specific restrictions, other than something abrasive might scratch the inside making it look bad.

We suggest to clean the inside of your oven after each use for proper heating performance and for easier clean-up. Some spatters can be removed with a paper towel; others may require a warm soapy cloth. Remove greasy spatters with a sudsy cloth, then rinse with a damp cloth. Cerama Bryte® stainless steel cleaner can also be used. The part number is PM10X311 and is available through GE Parts. Purchase on-line: http://www.geappliances.com/ge/parts/- Do not remove the halogen lamp glass covers. They can be cleaned using the razor scraper provided with the oven. Also, we suggest to view cleaning recommendations in the Owner's Manual included with the oven or online at: http://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-40624-1.pdf- Thanks for checking with us!
