“I have lamps with a 3-way switch and it can be annoying to try to pair the light bulb to app when you have to turn it off and on several times. Do these bulbs require you to turn the light off & on to get it in pairing mode?”

initially they have a QR code sticker now. I dont know about re-pairing if they loose their pairing. I know the old way of resetting your talking about. With my older ones I wound up buying a cheap small lamp that I could plug up and follow along with the video on youtube for resetting.
