- Answer Had to be 2.4Ghz. I had to create a separate SSID with 2.4Ghz only and that kept it stable.

- Answer It won't dim. The bulb would have to be a separate smart bulb plugged in with dimmable feature. Using it with this plug kinda defeats the purpose.
