“I read an article that says the AMA stated the blue light in LEDs can affect a person's health, especially if there is high exposure and that a color temperature of 2700K or lower is better health wise. What is the color temp for these LED strips?”

• Every and any Kelvin you like but have to use with app through phone to adjust.
