“Does lower rack have a "stop" on the door so that when pulled out the rack WON'T fly out? My present (mutely dead and needs to be replaced) GE Profiles does NOT, and when pulling out lower rack it would sometimes come off its track, onto the door!”

• Hi - We're sorry to hear you had an issue with your previous dishwasher and do appreciate your loyalty to our GE brand. The lower rack is designed to be easily rolled out for daily use or removed for cleaning. Because of how it rolls out along the inside of the door, we don't put a stop on it like we do on the top rack. The lower rack should not normally fall off track when pulled straight out of the dishwasher. It also should never roll out or "fly out" on its own. We hope this helps. Vikki@GEA
