• The Best Buy folks tried to help me in many ways, but eventually I found that going directly to GE solved my problems. I did get a comparable GE microwave with Best Buy but I ended up ordering the trim kit directly from GE. Their customer service folks were very helpful and the kit was delivered quickly. I hired a handy man to install both.
