Hi – thanks for reaching out! Water under the full width drawer in the fresh food section may indicate a clogged drain tube. If it is frosting up or freezing, it could mean that the temperature is set too low as well. These models require some disassembly to access the defrost drain tube, so we recommend that you contact service.
