“We finally brought our new refrigerator home this afternoon and got it all set up. I got ahead of myself and played with the front panel. Now the freezer and refrigerator temps are out of whack and I can't get it to do anything but increase the temp. ??”

I had the same problem. Just keep pressing the temp button and it will keep going up and then go back to the lowest setting. The control panel on "Profile" leaves much to be desired. My 9 year old GE Profile had a much better control panel. Hope this helps.

Hi! I'm glad you checked with us about this. Just keep pressing! The temperatures start over and begin again at the lowest setting. You'll eventually get to the temperature you want (37 degrees F is preferred). I hope this helps! LEDA@GEA
