Hello. Thanks for reaching out! This refrigerator is stainless steel and fingerprint resistant. We're sorry to hear that you have been having some trouble with scratches. We would like to provide some helpful information. Cleaners that contain Oxalic Acid, such as Bar Keepers Friend Soft Cleanser, will remove rust, tarnish, and small blemishes. Use only the liquid cleanser free of grit and be sure to rub in the direction of the metal grain lines with a damp soft sponge. Do not use scouring pads, powdered cleaners, or cleaners containing bleach because these products can scratch and weaken the finish.
