“I have reverse osmosis filtered water that will be going to the refrigerator. Can I use the refrigerator without its filter? If so, I want to be sure that there won’t be any alarms or lights going off to tell me to replace the filter or install a filter.”

Hi Susan - If you will not be using the refrigerator water filter, simply install the filter bypass plug in its place.
