Q: QuestionMy refrigerator is freezing up and the water and freezer is not making ice why.

• A:Answer Hi Cathy - Thanks for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear of thse issue with your GE Profile refrigerator and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. If foods in the fresh food section are freezing, the refrigerator temperature sensor may be blocked and not able to correctly sense temperature to control cooling. The temperature sensor is located at the top of the refrigerator, on the ceiling above the top shelf. The sensor looks like a dome with slats. Move items so there is 6 inches of clearance around the sensor. Q: QuestionWhere can i find what the temp is in the refrigerator and Freezer? The actual temp at the present time. Not to what it is set at ?

• A:Answer The refrigerator doesn't provide that. You would need to set a thermometer inside the freezer and/or fridge compartments to measure that.

Q: QuestionI have model PFE27KSDASS SERIAL ZZ509748 I have found that ice buildup under the cheese tray. I see no leaks but I get this ice. Do you know what maybe wrong. I read the book and see nothing that is wrong. thanks Raya

Q: QuestionIs there some way to brighten the lighting showing water, cubes, etc., on door of refrigerator, it's so dim you can hardly read it. We had to make labels.
