QuestionWe have a GE single wall oven/microwave combo; our cabinet will have to be modified to accept the new double oven. What is an approximate additional charge for the cabinet modification/installation? Thanks and we'll be getting the Geek Squad warranty too.

- Answer I doubt the Geek Squad or Best Buy does carpentry, or that you would want them to. Find yourself a local carpenter or handyman. Next step is to select the oven to obtain the dimensions needed.

QuestionWhy are the cut-out dimensions wrong? The Best Buy website and all product literature say the cut-out should be 51 13/16" tall. The real oven is around 1" shorter!

QuestionJust had GE Profile double wall oven installed. the manual states that a dehydrator door stopper is included but this is all I got. I thought the door opener is supposed to be magnetic. This piece is plastic. Can you tell me what it is for?

QuestionThis was advertised with an Air Fry feature but came with no settings or instructions . Unit also came dented and I have to wait until November for a replacement . What about the Air Fry feature ?? This does not make for a good review, Geek SQ installed

- Answer Hello- Thanks for your interest in our GE Profile™ 30" Smart Built-In Convection Double Wall Oven with No Preheat Air Fry and Precision Cooking. This is a beautiful oven! We don't have a dBA rating on ovens. We only have them on our dishwashers. There may be some clicking sounds heard and also the cooling fan will turn on to cool internal parts.
