Q: QuestionDo the knobs on the black stainless steel option also light up when in use?

• A:Answer Hi Cookie, that's a great question. The knobs on this cooktop are made of a weighted electro-plated plastic with a black stainless finish. They are weighted creating the feel of metal knobs without the heat issues allowing the knobs to stay cooler with a very durable finish. We hope that this helps clarify. All the best! -Eliza

Q: QuestionMy current cooktop (that I am replacing) has a downdraft that I will also need to replace. Regarding this GE Profile Model PP7036DJBB, will GE Telescopic Downdraft UVD6361DPBB work with it? If not, are there any other GE downdrafts that are compatible?
