Hello. We appreciate you reaching out, though we regret any confusion over an agitator. We want to help, and we can advise the model you asked this question on, PTW600BPRDG, is meant to use an infusor rather than an agitator. With this type of washer, the infusor replaces the agitator – the mechanical action of the infusor moves the clothes through the washer, against the sides of the tub and around the infusor to provide the same great wash performance that an agitator would. This particular model is not designed to use an agitator, and one cannot be added.
