Why does my washer say lid when I try to start a load null

Something is blocking the lid sensor

Hello there - Thanks for reaching out to us, we're happy to help you. Unless Bulky cycle is selected, the lid must be closed for the washer to start cycle. If the lid is open, “Lid” will scroll across the display. If you see "Lid" on your control panel, it means the lid is open. If you have any additional questions, don't hesitate to reach out.
